Usage fee for agencies/organizations that schedule programs at PMT Main: $75/hour
Usage fee for instruments and materials brought to local sites: $250/6 week program

$150/hour Meeting for Treatment Planning
$160/small sized group (2-4 clients) for 45 minute length session (within 10 miles of PMT Main)
- $115/small sized group for 30 minutes
$185/small sized group (2-4 clients) for 45 minute length session (greater than 10 miles from PMT Main)
- $140/small sized group for 30 minutes
$200/large sized group (5 - 10 clients) for 45 minute length session (within 10 miles of PMT Main)
- $150/large sized group for 30 minutes
$250/large sized group (5 - 10 clients) for 45 minute length session (greater than 10 miles from PMT Main)

CONSULTATION rates in Charlotte Metro:

$150/hour In-Person or Virtual Meetings
- To review curriculum, lesson plans, resources, etc.
$200/hour Observation of students in-person or virtually
- To collect data, demonstrate techniques, support educator's inclusive approaches, etc.

Starting at $400/hour
Examples: Exhibiting at Health & wellness fairs, Facilitating drumming events, intergenerational festival, arts based initiatives

Drum Circles

Our staff facilitate a rhythm based event with instruments transported for participants to play. These experiences are provided at accessible sites: facilities, schools and programs. Purpose is to provide a creative outlet for support with possible focus areas of: self-care, fun,

Presentations and In-Services

In-services that could benefit a company or organization may include Stress Management Techniques to Access On and Off the Clock, Wellness and Balance that will Enable Success, or Building Teams from Empowered Employees.
Costs: $250/45 minutes. If interested in scheduling an interactive lecture, please complete this form and we'll respond within 2 business days. Non-profit organizations may request one educational based lecture per year at no cost to their program.
