review mode: AMTA Student conference scholar narratives

Thanks to Nina Galerstein, MME, MT-BC who serves as Chair of the American Music Therapy Association National Scholarship Review Committee for asking me to be a part of the blind review process.

There are nearly 2 months until the AMTA Conference in Kentucky. I am looking forward to reconnecting with other Music Therapy Business Owners, Duquesne Alums, Early Childhood Music Therapists and meeting new students and professionals.  Beyond networking, the continuing education perks and exhibit hall vendors are worthwhile.

The conference theme Pursue Your Passion for Music Therapy is evident in the 40 essays. I'm counting down to the AMTA Conference Week and look forward to hearing the announcement of which 2 deserving applicants will become the 2014 AMTA Student Conference Scholars!
