Uke Can Do It: Series 2 Enrollment (May 11 - 15)
Middle school aged children through young adults are invited to enroll in: Uke Can Do It - Series 2! The course on your soprano ukulele includes 3-30 minute lectures by Ashley Tisdale, MT-BC that you can watch from home. To conclude the course, virtually join an instructor and other students for a Song Share on Friday, May 15th!
Episodes will be available to watch May 11 - 15 via YouTube Links with LIVE GROUP SONG SHARE on Friday, May 15th from 1:00pm - 1:15pm (EST). Google HangOut link will be sent to enrollees to share their skills on the ukulele - this virtual event is optional to participate in.
A variety of songs will be explored and students can practice on provided music or use their own song interests. Exploration of intermediate chords for harmony will be covered with education on musical elements of rhythmic accompaniment, dynamics and musical form. Chord sheets with lyrics will be available for download with this course.
